About The Position

The Driver/Operations role operates a Class A, B, or Ag CDL vehicle to safely deliver products to customers and serves as a backup to Applicators as needed. The position supports facility operations through product receiving and delivery, lot and grounds maintenance, equipment compliance, and other duties that contribute to efficient operations.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED; education may be offset by experience.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to meet a Motor Vehicle Review in accordance with Company policy.
• Must hold an Ag CDL with required endorsements; Class A or B CDL is preferred.
• Required overtime as the season demands.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and judgment skills.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and focused attention to detail.
• High sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and team-player attitude.
• Ability to regularly lift more than 50 pounds, climb ladders, perform preventive maintenance activities, and carry out other physical duties necessary to run an agricultural location.
• Regularly required to walk, stand, lift, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, handle, feel, and grasp.

Nice To Haves

• Prior agricultural experience.
• Basic mechanical skills for daily equipment maintenance.
• Territory knowledge.
• Class A or B CDL.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Assist in equipment maintenance.
• Assist with housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds.
• Communicate daily activities, needs, and accomplishments to management.
• Prepare and maintain records in accordance with regulations and company procedures.
• May assist in measuring inventory of dry fertilizer, NH3, UAN, and other chemicals.
• May serve as a backup to Applicators.
• Provide support across multiple business units, fostering collaboration, aligning priorities, and driving consistent execution of organizational objectives.
