As a Driver Development Coordinator, you'll serve as a trusted coach, advocate, and resource for new drivers throughout their training journey.

Requirements

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to build relationships and influence others
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to obtain Qualified Collector certification within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

Support and guide new drivers from onboarding through solo driver qualification
Monitor training progress and assess driver readiness
Build strong relationships that promote engagement and retention
Partner with driver mentors and leadership teams to ensure success
Facilitate engaging orientation and onboarding experiences
Resolve concerns and provide solutions that support both drivers and business objectives
Ensure accurate and timely driver pay and compliance documentation
Promote Swift's culture, values, and commitment to safety
