Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior delivery experience.
• Medical examiner's certificate and the ability to maintain a satisfactory driving record within company policy limits.
• Ability to become certified through OSHA in Basic Hazmat, Driver Specific Hazmat, and Security Awareness.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• CDL preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Driving a truck and navigating successfully in minimal access areas.
• Learning multiple delivery routes with varying start times, requiring flexibility to cover unexpected changes.
• Loading, securing, and unloading product safely, and maintaining a route schedule.
• Receiving and providing appropriate documentation for the delivery of goods to ensure timely service.
• Maintaining a professional appearance with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Accurate inspection handling of CODs and delivery manifests.
• Performing vehicle inspections, both pre- and post-delivery, in compliance with all federal and state regulations.
• Maintaining excellent attendance and reliability.
• Working with minimal supervision.
