About The Position

We are seeking skilled and reliable NON-CDL Drivers to join our team in Perth Amboy, NJ. This job will consist of local deliveries. Drivers must be comfortable with city driving. Freight is a combination of pallet deliveries with some drop and hook & live unloads.

Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
Minimum of 1 year Class A driving experience (or equivalent military driving experience) within the last 3 years
Must maintain a safety-focused driving history; clean MVR/PSP and employment history preferred
Ability to read, write, and speak English in compliance with DOT regulations
Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and meet DOT medical qualifications
Current DOT physical certification
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

Responsibilities

Perform local deliveries.
Comfortable with city driving.
Handle freight which is a combination of pallet deliveries with some drop and hook & live unloads.
Complete live unloads.
Maintain a safety-focused driving history.
Comply with DOT regulations regarding reading, writing, and speaking English.
Pass DOT pre-employment drug screening.
Meet DOT medical qualifications.
Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
