About The Position

Ironclad Environmental Solutions (IES) is seeking a skilled, local truck driver to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. Our company provides effective, efficient, and ecological solutions for temporary storage, pumping, and filtration of liquid and solid materials. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, ensuring you are home daily. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A CDL issued by one state or jurisdiction.
• 3+ years of CDL Class A driving experience, or 2 years with a truck driving school certificate (experience within the last 7 years preferred).
• Experience with roll-off or winch trucks (heavy haul preferred).
• Valid Tanker Endorsement required.
• 6 months roll-off truck experience within the last 24 months.
• TWIC card required.
• Valid medical certificate, physically qualified to drive a commercial vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to shoulder level.
• Proficient in English for communication, following highway signs, and completing reports.
• CDL driving experience from military service accepted.
• Prospective employees must submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

• Hazmat Endorsement preferred.
• Towing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport frac tanks, vacuum boxes, and tankers to and from local customers.
• Survey customer property, set up, and secure equipment on the property.
• Routinely inspect the vehicle to ensure proper maintenance and upkeep.
• Properly document work performed on equipment deliveries and pick-ups.
• May be asked to transport non-hazardous loads to and from landfills.
• Occasional overnight travel may be needed.
