About The Position
As a Driver Helper at Victory Final Mile, you will be a crucial part of our daily operations, partnering with drivers to ensure safe, efficient deliveries and excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with consistent day shifts, Monday through Friday, allowing you to enjoy your weekends. Victory Final Mile prides itself on reliability, strong character, and a great team culture. No prior experience is required as fully paid training is provided. The starting pay is $18.00/hour, with potential for negotiation based on experience.
Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy items comfortably and handle physical work throughout the day.
- Dependable transportation to our Spokane location.
- A track record of showing up for your team.
- A great attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of freight or warehouse experience is a nice bonus, but not a dealbreaker.
Responsibilities
- Assisting drivers with navigating routes efficiently around the Spokane area.
- Loading and unloading trucks using dock equipment like pallet jacks, hand trucks, and straps.
- Representing Victory Final Mile with a friendly, professional attitude during deliveries.
