About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and versatile Staff Driver & Food Service Assistant to join our team for the upcoming season. This hybrid role involves safely transporting staff members via a small school bus and supporting our kitchen operations during non-driving hours.

Requirements

Must possess a valid driver's license issued in your state of residence for the class of vehicle being operated.
Ability to perform basic food prep and follow direction from kitchen supervisors.
Must be able to stand for long periods, walk frequently, and lift/carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
Must professionally interact with staff, administration, and campers while maintaining a positive work environment.
Ability to maintain a consistent schedule and make responsible business decisions.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience driving larger vehicles (shuttles or small buses) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate a small school bus to transport staff shifts from housing to the workplace and back.
Obey all motor vehicle laws and operate company vehicles in a safe, cost-efficient manner.
Ensure all passengers wear available personal restraints at all times.
Conduct daily vehicle checks and coordinate any necessary maintenance with the Wolfoods Office.
Maintain a strictly drug-free and smoke-free environment within the vehicle.
Report any accidents or moving violations to the Director of HR within 24 hours.
Assisting in the preparation of child-friendly meals.
Performing basic food preparation tasks including washing, cutting, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
Assisting with plating meals and serving food on the service line.
Maintaining cleanliness by washing dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
Disposing of waste and cleaning kitchen floors, counters, and surfaces after meal services.
Following all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
