About The Position

Local UDS Drivers deliver products to small retailers along a set local route. Drivers manually unload their trucks using a hand dolly, build rapport with customers, and stock shelves and coolers as requested. No previous experience is required; hands-on training is provided upon hire.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 5:00 a.m. and continuing until the route is finished. Drivers must be flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed. The role is active and customer-facing, with much of the shift spent lifting, pushing, and pulling product cases and interacting with customers.

Pay starts at $31.83 per hour and increases to $33.42 per hour in the quarter after the employee’s six-month anniversary. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be able to repeatedly lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License A (CDL A).
• Be able to maintain a valid DOT Driver Qualification File.

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
