About The Position

Local Combination Drivers deliver Keurig Dr Pepper products to small and large retailers on a set local route in the Daytona/Ormond area. Drivers manually unload their trucks using a hand dolly or electric pallet jack, build rapport with customers, and stock shelves and coolers as requested. No previous experience is required; hands-on training is provided upon hire.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 4:00 a.m. and continuing until the route is finished. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is required. The role involves active work, including lifting, pushing, and pulling product cases, and frequent interaction with customers.

Starting pay is $29.26 per hour. The rate increases to $30.79 per hour in the quarter after the employee’s six-month anniversary. Benefits are subject to eligibility.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A).
• Be able to maintain a valid DOT Driver Qualification File.
• Be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
