About The Position

Juniper is seeking a Driver Crew Member for its Landscape Enhancement teams. This dual-role position involves driving a company truck and trailer and working alongside the landscape enhancement crew at job sites. Crew members perform work safely and to a high standard to create and maintain attractive landscapes for clients. Requirements

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Experience safely driving a truck and trailer.
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors for long periods, including in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Ability and willingness to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Ability to use hand tools and power equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Landscape installation experience and knowledge of plant materials.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a company work truck with a 24-foot trailer.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Lay sod.
• Install pavers, stone walls, and other hardscape projects.
• Install mulch.
• Install irrigation and sprinkler systems.
• Dig trenches and holes.
• Prepare soil areas for plantings.
• Hand-water plants and landscaping.
• Move soil, equipment, and materials.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
