About The Position

Juniper is growing and seeking Landscape Enhancement Crew Leaders for their teams. Crew Leaders perform work on job sites and lead other crew members in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for clients. This role involves supervising a team of crew members installing landscape enhancement projects by ensuring job site tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and with quality standards in mind. Requirements

• Perform work on jobsites
• Lead other crew members in a safe and quality manner
• Supervise a team of crew members installing landscape enhancement projects
• Ensure job site tasks are completed safely, efficiently and with quality standards in mind
• Use hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily site operations for landscape enhancements projects
• Maintaining production schedules and ensuring project deadlines are met
• Assisting with training and development of crew members
• Daily timekeeping of work hours on jobsites for crew members
• Ensuring all crew members perform their work in a safe manner
• Ensuring equipment is in working order and properly maintained
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
