About The Position

The Wave of Clearwater is seeking a reliable, professional Driver / Client Transportation Specialist responsible for the safe and timely transportation of clients to and from various destinations. This role is strictly transportation-focused and plays a critical part in maintaining continuity of care and overall client experience.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Reliable personal vehicle required
Active auto insurance meeting company minimum coverage requirements
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Strong reliability, punctuality, and professionalism

Nice To Haves

Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or client transport
Experience transporting multiple passengers
Familiarity with Clearwater, Tampa, and surrounding areas including airport routes
Larger vehicle (SUV or van) suitable for client transport and luggage

Responsibilities

Transport clients safely to and from:
Urgent Care visits
Emergency Room visits
Interoffice appointments between Wave facilities
Scheduled outside appointments
Airport pickups and drop-offs
Approved store runs and client-related errands
Maintain strict adherence to all safety protocols and driving laws
Ensure professionalism and appropriate client interaction at all times
Maintain accurate transportation logs, mileage tracking, and scheduling communication
Coordinate with Operations, Clinical, and Client Liaison teams regarding transport needs
Perform basic vehicle checks to ensure safety and reliability
