About The Position

DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is actively seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper/Driver to service both residential and commercial locations. As a family-owned staffing company, we strive to match dedicated professionals with reputable clients. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and safety of outdoor grounds, performing general groundskeeping tasks, and operating a vehicle to travel between job sites. A good Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required for this role.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a good Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), no driving related issues in the past 3 years.
Previous experience in grounds keeping, landscaping, or related field preferred
Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
Ability to follow instructions and work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Perform grounds maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and weed control
Maintain features such as flowerbeds, bushes, and trees
Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment and tools safely
Drive company vehicles to various job sites, ensuring safe and timely arrival and completion of tasks
Must be capable of operating Zero Turn Mowers
