About The Position

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring full-time movers, laborers, warehouse associates, and non-CDL drivers for an active, hands-on role. The work is outdoor and physical, with a supportive team environment and varied shifts. The position offers an average of $20–$25 per hour, including base pay, profit-share performance bonuses, and credit card tips. The schedule is four days per week, providing three-day weekends.

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• At least 3 years of clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in labor, warehouse, operations, sales, or customer service is especially well-suited to the role.

Responsibilities

• Repeatedly lift and carry 50+ lbs throughout the day.
• Ride in or drive company trucks (non-CDL role).
• Recycle, donate, and sort materials responsibly.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Work in a team-focused, fast-paced environment.
