About The Position
At 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, Driver and General Labor team members drive the company’s blue trucks to customers’ locations and provide junk removal services. The role combines physically active work with customer service and sales: employees help deliver a positive customer experience, work toward sales and KPI goals, and identify additional sales opportunities. They also handle responsible disposal of items through recycling, donation, and waste management channels. The company describes a team culture focused on hard work, fun, and career growth. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Average pay is $22–$26 per hour, including hourly pay, tips, and bonuses in every paycheck.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for the last three years.
- Positive, friendly demeanor and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with KPI metrics and revenue sales goals.
- Able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds or more.
