About The Position

Premier Drayage and Logistics provider is seeking a high energy, master multitasker to join our dynamic Drayage Department.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of Drayage experience
  • Knowledge of Excel- Intermediate Level
  • Excellent customer service is a must
  • Reliable, excellent time management skills, pro-active, self-motivated, team player, works well under pressure, can multitask, ability to work without supervision

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Port Pro is a Plus

Responsibilities

  • Must have experience as a drayage customer service representative.
  • Must have knowledge of Florida Ports
  • Dispatching a fleet of 50+ drivers
  • Scheduling delivery appointments with customers
  • Answering emails in a timely manner
  • Order Entry for Move
  • Answering phone calls from customers and drivers
