About The Position
Restano Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical is looking for an experienced Residential Drains Technician who is confident, sharp with customers, and takes pride in quality work.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of sewer and drain systems, including diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical details in a customer-friendly way
- A clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan is preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Expertly install, repair, and maintain residential drain and sewer lines, including clearing blockages, replacing damaged piping, and ensuring proper flow.
- Use advanced tools (camera inspections, augers, hydro-jetting) to identify clogs, leaks, and root intrusions, delivering efficient, long-term solutions.
- Work closely with team members to complete repairs and installations on schedule while exceeding homeowner expectations.
- Connect and configure residential drainage systems to existing plumbing infrastructure, ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, explaining issues and solutions to build trust and satisfaction.
