Drains - Drain Technician

With no salary cap, your effort determines your paycheck! Many of our technicians earn more than $100k/year!
Requirements
- 2 + Years Plumbing and Drain experience preferred
- Plumbing degree, license, or apprenticeship
- Drain tech endoresmsent or 200 hrs
- Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing systems to identify drain-related issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot drain problems, including blockages, leaks, and pipe damage
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to perform drain cleaning, unclogging, and repair
- Install, repair, and maintain drain pipes, fitting, and fixtures
- Interact professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand pluming concerns and solutions
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed
- Educate customers on best practices for their drain systems
- Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures
- Attend appropriate safety training as required by the company
