Responsibilities

  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to conduct thorough assessments of residential drain issues
  • Identify the root cause of problems, providing accurate and efficient solutions
  • Execute drain cleaning procedures with precision, using industry-leading techniques and equipment
  • Ensure thorough removal of debris, blockages, and build-ups to restore optimal functionality
  • Perform expert repairs on damaged or compromised drain systems, employing your knowledge of industry best practices
  • Execute drain installations with attention to detail, ensuring long-lasting and reliable solutions
  • Work closely with fellow team members to coordinate and execute projects seamlessly
  • Communicate effectively with other technicians and support staff to ensure timely project completion
  • Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Educate customers on preventive measures and provide guidance on maintaining their plumbing systems
  • Prioritize safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations
  • Implement proper safety measures during all phases of drain services
  • Maintain detailed records of diagnostic findings, services performed, and materials used
  • Provide comprehensive reports to customers and internal teams as needed
