DRAINAGE DISTRICT AGENT
About The Position
Under the supervision of the Deputy Drain Commissioner/Engineer, this role involves preparing drainage district maps for various meetings and the county website using ArcGIS software and property descriptions. Responsibilities include researching and preparing documentation for recording affidavits of old Release of Right of Way documents, preparing road calculations for approving authorities, updating drainage district maps as directed by engineering firms, assisting the Assessment Clerk with map verification against assessment rolls, and preparing history sheets for Board of Determination meetings. The role may also require attending meetings or performing field work as directed.
Requirements
- A minimum of an associate’s degree or equivalent with GIS certification/coursework.
- Two years of experience in computer mapping or three years of experience in the drain assessment clerk position.
- Must have valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities
