Requirements

Plumbing install experience
Excellent communication and listening skills
Experienced in sewer and drain cleaning (electric snake/hydro jetting) and pipe line camera inspections
Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose drainage issues
Experience with pipe threading and sealing techniques

Nice To Haves

Service Titan knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

Perform drain cleaning and repair services for residential customers
Use blueprints and schematics to identify and locate drainage systems
Assemble and install drain pipes, fittings, and fixtures
Safely operate drain cleaning equipment when required. This includes basic drain cleaning/clearing equipment, such as trailer jetters, mini jetters, and drain snakes.
Utilize basic math skills to measure and cut pipes to the appropriate length
Conduct pipe threading and sealing to ensure proper connections
Troubleshoot and diagnose drainage issues using mechanical knowledge
Collaborate with other team members to complete remodeling projects involving drainage systems
Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions
