Requirements
- Plumbing install experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Experienced in sewer and drain cleaning (electric snake/hydro jetting) and pipe line camera inspections
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose drainage issues
- Experience with pipe threading and sealing techniques
Nice To Haves
- Service Titan knowledge a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform drain cleaning and repair services for residential customers
- Use blueprints and schematics to identify and locate drainage systems
- Assemble and install drain pipes, fittings, and fixtures
- Safely operate drain cleaning equipment when required. This includes basic drain cleaning/clearing equipment, such as trailer jetters, mini jetters, and drain snakes.
- Utilize basic math skills to measure and cut pipes to the appropriate length
- Conduct pipe threading and sealing to ensure proper connections
- Troubleshoot and diagnose drainage issues using mechanical knowledge
- Collaborate with other team members to complete remodeling projects involving drainage systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions
