Requirements

• 3-5+ years of residential drain service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hydro jetting and drain cleaning equipment
• Working knowledge of residential plumbing systems
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable recommending solutions that genuinely benefit customers
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

• ServiceTitan experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive drain and plumbing system inspections
• Clear drain blockages using cable machines, hydro-jetting equipment, and other specialized tools
• Diagnose drain and sewer system issues accurately
• Repair and replace drainage components as needed
• Clearly explain findings and repair options to homeowners
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
• Document work performed using ServiceTitan
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety standards and industry best practices
