Requirements

Drain cleaning or plumbing experience preferred
Mechanical ability and willingness to learn
Strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently
Great communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

Clear residential drain and sewer lines
Diagnose drain and plumbing issues
Perform camera inspections and locate problem areas
Operate drain cleaning equipment including cables, jetters, and inspection equipment
Educate homeowners on findings and available solutions
Identify repair and replacement opportunities
Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
Complete job documentation accurately
Provide a five-star customer experience on every call
