About The Position

A Design Drafter is responsible for creating and updating PFD and P&ID drawings using AutoCAD and Autodesk Vault. This role supports engineering teams by preparing accurate technical drawings, maintaining organized document control, and ensuring proper revision and version management. The drafter works closely with project stakeholders to incorporate design changes, uphold drafting standards, and ensure all documentation is current, accessible, and compliant with established workflows.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Vault.

Nice To Haves

• A two-year associate degree in Drafting, Mechanical Design Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
• Coursework should include CAD fundamentals, technical drawing, and industrial processes.
• Additional experience or training in AutoCAD and Autodesk Vault considered a valuable asset.
