About The Position
Responsible for dispatching Alamo Colleges District police officers and security officers to any campus or district location upon request. The position reports to the District Department of Public Safety.
Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent (GED).
- Six months of experience in a position requiring public contact, reception duties, dispatching, or related duties.
- Obtain certification from the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) within one year from the date of appointment.
Nice To Haves
- Some college.
- A formal post-high-school training program of approximately one year and one year of related job experience.
- One year of experience, including some radio communications and computer experience.
