About The Position

The Finish Dozer Operator at 3B DOZER SERVICE LLC will utilize bulldozers equipped with advanced GPS technology to perform high-precision grading and shaping of construction sites. The operator is responsible for leveling terrain, constructing, and preparing building pads while ensuring safety and adherence to exact project specifications.

Requirements

OSHA 10 Certified is a must
2-5+ years of experience in earthmoving, specifically in finish grade work
Proficient with GPS technology and reading blueprints
Final shaping of subgrade for building pads, roads, and infrastructure to meet blueprints and strict tolerances
Operating, setting up, or interpreting data from Topcon to ensure accuracy
Spreading, moving, and leveling dirt, gravel, and other materials to designated depths

Nice To Haves

Ability to sit for long periods, work in harsh weather conditions, and lift 45+ pounds
Strong communication with supervisor and team members for coordination
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Execute final shaping of subgrade for building pads, roads, and infrastructure to meet blueprints and strict tolerances.
Operate bulldozers with GPS technology to achieve precise grading and leveling.
Set up and interpret data from Topcon systems to ensure project accuracy.
Spread, move, and level dirt, gravel, and other materials to designated depths.
Maintain effective communication with supervisors and team members to ensure coordination and project success.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain equipment in optimal working condition.
Work efficiently in various weather conditions and manage physical demands such as sitting for long periods and lifting up to 45 pounds.
