Requirements
- Experience operating dozers or similar heavy equipment
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following procedures
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed
- Dependability, teamwork, and a positive attitude
Nice To Haves
- mining, quarry, or construction experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Safely operate dozers, loaders, haul trucks, excavators, and other heavy equipment
- Shape and maintain stockpiles to support efficient site operations
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Monitor site conditions and respond quickly to operational needs
- Work closely with supervisors and teammates to maintain a safe, productive environment
- Support general site operations and assist where needed
