About The Position

The Teller is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while accurately processing customer transactions and assisting with banking needs. This position promotes bank products and services, maintains accurate records, and complies with all bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.

Nice To Haves

• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other banking transactions.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Balance and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Assist customers with account inquiries and banking services.
• Promote and refer bank products and services.
• Follow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in Saturday rotation as scheduled.
