About The Position
As a Cleaner at Velociti Services, you will be part of our frontline associates that provide commercial cleaning services onsite at client locations, focusing on standard custodial and janitorial tasks. This includes mopping, dusting, vacuuming, wiping, and waste removal. Success in this role requires compliance with safety rules, policies, and procedures, performing work assignments collaboratively with team members, maintaining a clean work area, and following all company procedures. You will be expected to take direction, respond to supervision, and communicate professionally with leads, supervisors, co-workers, managers, and customers. This role may involve filling in during staff shortages, supporting shift leads in completing punch-list items, using proper personal protective equipment, and presenting a professional appearance and conduct. Understanding customer service, satisfaction, reporting systems, and instilling trust are also key aspects of this position.
Requirements

- Lift, bend, squat, and stretch to move boxes, parcels, and shipments
- Climb small to medium flights of stairs multiple times a day
- Standing for extended periods of time
Responsibilities

- Emptying trash and transporting to proper disposal area
- Sweeping and mopping floors
