About The Position

Advanced Drainage Systems is a leading manufacturer of stormwater and onsite septic wastewater solutions, focused on sustainability and innovation. The Downstream Technician packages, labels, and visually inspects products manufactured on a production line, and assists Line Operators with line start-ups, shutdowns, tooling changeovers, and downstream equipment setup. The technician works closely with the Line Operator to meet production goals. The position requires flexibility to work 40 or more hours per week and weekends as required.

Able to use hands, arms, and legs to physically handle and transport finished goods.

Responsibilities

Conduct final visual inspections and label finished goods to ensure quality.
Track the quantity of units produced on the production line to ensure efficiency.
Package pipe for delivery to customers using standard operating procedures.

Assist with tooling changes, line start-ups and shutdowns, and downstream equipment setup.
Learn and stay current on pipe specifications and packaging requirements.
