About The Position

Doughnut Decorators decorate and pack doughnuts while helping ensure customers have a variety of products and a welcoming experience. During peak seasons, Krispy Kreme uses a flexible seasonal staffing model to provide friendly, efficient service and maintain store appearance. The role includes checking doughnut quality, monitoring the display case, staying informed about products and promotions, and keeping the decorating area clean.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in the food industry.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to understand weights and measurements.
Commitment to nurturing an equitable, unbiased culture where employees are empowered to showcase their originality.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Decorate and pack doughnuts.
Ensure doughnuts, including their fillings, icing, and toppings, meet Krispy Kreme quality standards.
Monitor the doughnut case during the shift to ensure all varieties are available to customers.
Maintain knowledge of products and current promotions.
Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the decorating area.
Help provide friendly, efficient service and a well-maintained store appearance.
