About The Position

Krispy Kreme is hiring seasonal Doughnut Decorators to decorate and pack doughnuts, monitor product inventory and variety, and help provide customers with friendly, efficient service in a well-maintained store. Decorators ensure doughnuts meet quality standards for filling, icing, and toppings; monitor the doughnut case during their shift; maintain knowledge of products and promotions; and keep the decorating area clean and presentable.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in the food industry.
Must be 18 years of age or over.
Ability to understand weights and measurements.
Commitment to nurturing an equitable, unbiased culture where employees are empowered to showcase their originality.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Decorate and pack doughnuts.
Ensure doughnuts meet Krispy Kreme quality standards, including for filling, icing, and toppings.
Monitor the doughnut case during the shift to ensure all varieties are available to customers.
Monitor doughnut inventory.
Maintain knowledge of products and current promotions.
Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the decorating area.
Help create a welcoming environment and provide friendly, efficient service.
