About The Position

Doughnut Decorators decorate and pack doughnuts, monitor doughnut inventory and availability, and help create a welcoming environment for customers. During peak seasons, Krispy Kreme uses flexible seasonal staffing to provide friendly, efficient service and maintain the store’s appearance. The role includes ensuring doughnuts meet Krispy Kreme quality standards, monitoring the doughnut case for variety, maintaining product and promotion knowledge, and keeping the decorating area clean and orderly.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in the food industry.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to understand weights and measurements.
Commitment to nurturing an equitable, unbiased culture where employees are empowered to showcase their originality.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Decorate and pack doughnuts for customers.
Ensure doughnut quality meets Krispy Kreme standards, including fillings, icing, and toppings.
Monitor the doughnut case during the shift to ensure all varieties are available.
Maintain knowledge of products and current promotions.
Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the decorating area.
Help provide friendly, efficient service and maintain a well-kept store appearance.
