About The Position

The Dough Table Operator assists the Dough Mixer in various tasks related to dough preparation and processing. This role involves moving dough, operating machinery, overseeing specific production areas, and ensuring product quality. The position requires attention to product safety, legality, and quality.

Requirements

• Demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect affect on product safety, legality, and/or quality.
• Range of motion requires reaching forward 12 to 24 inches and reaching above shoulder level.
• Ability to push/pull required.
• Required lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional lifting in excess of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Dough Mixer in pushing dough-filled trough to dough sheeter area
• Emptying scrap dough barrels in dough mixer
• Loading dough into dough sheeter hopper
• Overseeing table operations
• Assisting in overseeing the honey bun fryer and quality of product
• Logging weights
• Assisting in setting up equipment at the beginning of the shift
• Operating dough sheeter table
• Overseeing Honey Bun Fryer
