About The Position

Pizza King is seeking a hard-working individual with a passion for quality and production to join our Dough Room team. Our dough makers are the heart and soul of our restaurants, preparing dough from scratch by hand every day. We care about the quality of our food and our employees.

Requirements

18+ years of age
Strong aptitude for following recipes.
Ability to lift heavy boxes of dough onto shelving and a 50-pound bag of flour into the mixer.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Strong math skills with the ability to calculate portion sizes and limit food waste.
Obtain a complete knowledge of procedures and follow them.
Acknowledge all customers entering and exiting the store.
Able to work in a standing and walking position with frequent changes between positions.
Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
Attendance at work is required.

Responsibilities

Hands-on food preparation.
Prepare dough from scratch.
Package dough for delivery.
Maintain established standards of sanitation, safety, and food preparation.
Safely operate all dough room equipment.
Receive and store food and supplies in a safe and approved manner.
Prepare dough items while following the proper recipes to maintain a consistent product and nutritional value.
Work in assigned stations as directed by the person in charge: Batches, Cut & Ball, Sheeting, Stacking, Dough Pulls.
Complete all assigned cleaning and prep work.
Attend all designated staff meetings and training sessions.
Perform any other assignments or tasks assigned by your manager or supervisor.
