About The Position

Ian's Pizza is hiring a part-time Dough and Cheese Prep Cook to start immediately. This role involves preparing dough and cheese, maintaining a clean prep area, and transporting dough between locations using a company van. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided for motivated individuals. The position offers flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment.

Requirements

Must be 18+ years old to apply.
Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).
Must hold a valid driver's license and have a clean, or near clean, driving record.
Able to stand, walk, be on your feet for long periods of time.
Able to lift 50 lbs regularly and carry 50lbs up and down stairs regularly.
Able to tolerate touching and being around allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, etc.
Comfortable using industrial kitchen equipment, sharp knives, and other equipment of the business.
Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures.

Nice To Haves

Past experience in bulk dough prep or bakery production is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

Measuring, mixing, weighing, and preparing dough using a dough mixer and dough rounder.
Shredding and preparing cheese.
Keeping the prep area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Loading up and transporting dough to the Ian's Pizza Downtown location using a company van.
Bringing empty dough trays back to the Story Hill location.
