We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented DOT/FAA Drug and Alcohol Program Coordinator to assist in the management and oversight of our drug and alcohol testing program in full compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations. This hybrid role offers flexibility in work arrangements while ensuring that our organization adheres to the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and employee wellness. Experience in supporting or participating in audits is highly desirable. This is a highly responsible and fast-paced position that requires strong decision-making skills, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain a firm and professional approach when enforcing policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate must be confident, resilient, and capable of exercising professional authority, as the role involves handling sensitive situations, ensuring accountability, and upholding strict compliance standards. During the first week of onboarding, the selected candidate will be required to work on-site in Grand Island, Nebraska, at the airport. This initial in-person training experience is designed to provide hands-on exposure to program operations, establish key working relationships, and ensure a thorough understanding of company procedures, compliance expectations, and regulatory requirements. Daily virtual meetings will continue throughout the duration of the training period, followed by weekly meetings thereafter. Candidates located within a 60-mile radius of Grand Island, Nebraska are preferred but relocation is not required. Travel expenses for the initial onsite training will be covered by Trego Dugan Aviation.
