This role involves the accurate and timely collection of specimens following DOT guidelines. Responsibilities include conducting random and emergency observed urine collections for same-sex donors, collecting specimens for drug screenings and additional services, and completing Chain of Custody (COC) and Alcohol Testing Forms accurately. The position also requires proper labeling and packaging of specimens for transport, uploading, faxing, and mailing COC and Alcohol Testing Forms within 24 hours, and being dispatched to onsite collections & events. Additionally, the role includes safely transporting specimens, supplies, equipment, and materials, maintaining detailed records, and providing excellent customer service. Compliance with DOT Guidelines for Breath Alcohol and Urine collections, maintaining collection logs, accuracy logs, calibrations, and certifications, and correcting any collection errors within 24 hours are crucial. Accurate submission of time and travel logs is also required.
