The Dorm Supervisor oversees all residential life operations for the Florida Musical Theatre Intensive while students are housed on the Rollins College campus. This role serves as the primary on-site adult responsible for student safety, health, and wellbeing, including behavior management, emergency response, and leadership of the Resident Assistant team. The Dorm Supervisor is responsible for evening residential programming, including the planning and execution of nightly activities, and is on call during evening and overnight hours to respond to emergencies or student needs. The Florida Musical Theatre Intensive is a two-week program running from June 14 through June 28, 2026, serving approximately 60 high school students ages 14–19. The program takes place at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, with student and residential life team housing provided at Rollins College during the residential portion of the program. The residential life team consists of Dorm Supervisors and a team of Resident Assistants who support student supervision and engagement. This temporary position runs from June 1 through July 2, 2026, and is part of the residential life team reporting to the Manager, Education.
