About The Position
As a Doorperson, you will be responsible for greeting residents and guests entering the building, creating a positive arrival and departure experience, and maintaining the flow of street traffic outside the front door by assisting residents or guests with transportation and luggage. You will also be expected to know apartment facilities, services, and features and be able to explain them to guests and residents, and provide accurate directions to guests on questions regarding destinations of the local area. This is a full-time position with a graveyard shift.
Requirements
- Enjoy delivering excellent customer service.
- Take pride in making guests and residents feel safe.
- Communicate well with others and work as a part of a team.
- Respond to requests from guests, residents, and your team in a timely manner.
- Lift 50 pounds without assistance.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience as a Doorperson at a luxury hotel or residential building is preferred.
- Multi-lingual fluency is a plus.
