Our established Conroe, TX Tri-Supply location is looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Door & Window Service and Installation Helper. Requirements
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to safely lift and carry heavy materials
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Basic familiarity with hand tools is preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians with the installation and servicing of doors and windows
- Load, transport, and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Prepare and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Support installation processes by positioning and securing materials as directed
- Assist with measuring, layout, and basic adjustments
- Remove and dispose of existing doors, windows, and job-related debris
- Apply caulking, sealing, and insulation under supervision
- Adhere to all company safety standards and procedures
- Maintain professional communication with team members and customers
