About The Position

OSL is seeking enthusiastic Door-to-Door Canvassers to engage potential voters in the Brantford-Brant South-Six Nations riding. This is a frontline, physically active role that involves walking neighborhoods, working outdoors in various weather conditions, and using a personal vehicle for travel. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in the field, confident speaking with the public, and committed to performing the work accurately. This is a 5-week contract role with the possibility of extension or transfer. Requirements

• Must be a conservative voter, or bipartisan with no political affiliations.
• Full-Time Availability: Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday (12:00PM-8:00PM), Sunday (10:00AM-6:00PM).
• Comfortable with standing, walking, and being on your feet for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
• Smartphone required for field data collection.

Nice To Haves

• Previous professional canvassing or field experience is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing within assigned neighborhoods on behalf of a political party to understand voter views.
• Ask standardized questions and accurately capture responses.
• Collect contact information when voluntarily provided.
• Represent OSL and clients with professionalism and integrity.
