Door-to-Door Canvasser / Future Team Lead
About The Position
Elevated Remodeling is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Door-to-Door Canvasser who is passionate about creating opportunities and earning commission. This role is for an individual who thrives on self-motivation and sees every interaction as a chance to generate business. The company has a well-established operational infrastructure, including a project manager, closer, call center, and installation crews, and needs a canvasser to drive sales by setting qualified appointments. Initially, the role involves direct door-knocking to generate interest and set appointments. Upon demonstrating consistent success, the individual will have the opportunity to advance into a leadership role, responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a new canvassing team. This is presented as a ground-floor leadership opportunity earned through field performance.
Requirements
- Real door-to-door canvassing or sales experience
- Love performance-based compensation and uncapped upside

Nice To Haves
- Experience in home improvement, roofing, windows, siding, bathrooms, solar, pest control, alarms, telecommunications, or another door-to-door industry
Responsibilities
- Knock residential doors throughout the Denver metro area
- Start genuine conversations with homeowners
- Identify remodeling needs and generate qualified appointments
- Accurately collect and submit homeowner information
- Coordinate with our call center for appointment confirmation
- Work with our sales team to maximize the value of every opportunity
- Track your activity, appointments, and results
- Learn which neighborhoods, approaches, and messages convert best
- Eventually help recruit, train, motivate, and manage a canvassing team
