This role is for a Pre-hung Door Assembler, responsible for assembling pre-hung doors to high-quality standards.

Requirements

Ability to effectively use basic hand tools required for door assembly.
Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey information and collaborate with team members.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a production facility or finish carpentry.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel to facilitate communication and documentation tasks.

Responsibilities

Skillfully assemble pre-hung doors according to high-quality standards, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
Prepare orders for the next day's production, ensuring all necessary materials are ready for assembly.
Assist in unloading and receiving products from suppliers, verifying their quality and quantity.
Perform other duties as needed, with proper training provided, to support the overall production process.
Obtain forklift certification (training and testing provided) to safely handle materials and assist in various tasks.
Maintain basic housekeeping standards in the production area to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Be adaptable to changes in tasks or assignments and perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
