This role is for a Pre-hung Door Assembler, responsible for assembling pre-hung doors to high-quality standards.

Requirements

  • Ability to effectively use basic hand tools required for door assembly.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey information and collaborate with team members.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be verified through the federal E-Verify system.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a production facility or finish carpentry.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel to facilitate communication and documentation tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Skillfully assemble pre-hung doors according to high-quality standards, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Prepare orders for the next day's production, ensuring all necessary materials are ready for assembly.
  • Assist in unloading and receiving products from suppliers, verifying their quality and quantity.
  • Perform other duties as needed, with proper training provided, to support the overall production process.
  • Obtain forklift certification (training and testing provided) to safely handle materials and assist in various tasks.
  • Maintain basic housekeeping standards in the production area to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
  • Be adaptable to changes in tasks or assignments and perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
