Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• The availability to work a flexible schedule, including morning, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong English communication skills with guests, team members, and management, both in person and over the phone, with professional phone etiquette.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a guest service role is a plus!
