Hilton San Francisco Union Square and Parc 55 is looking for a Complex Assistant Executive Steward. Located just two blocks from Union Square and Westfield San Francisco Centre. Our Hilton Union Square property in the largest in the Bay Area with 1921 rooms, over 150,000 square feet of meeting space. Our Parc 55 property has 1024 room with over 30,000 square feet of meeting space. Requirements

  • At least 2 years hotel/convention steward management experience.
  • Experience in a large convention hotel or high-volume resort environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, BirchStreet (inventory and ordering), and UniFocus (scheduling and labor management).
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong knowledge of union work environments preferred, with the ability to hold team members accountable, make decisions confidently, and delegate effectively.
  • Bilingual Spanish skills are highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Primarily administrative role focused on inventory management, ordering, and operational oversight of high-volume food and beverage items.
  • Oversees daily operations, ensuring appropriate team member coverage and effectively delegating responsibilities as needed.
  • Leads daily team lineups, reviews forecasts, and communicates operational priorities and activities.
  • Coordinates and oversees activity execution, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and accountability across the team.
  • Position breakdown: approximately 80% administrative responsibilities and 20% hands-on operational support.
