About The Position

plasmaSource is opening new centers in Ohio, specifically in Canton and Elyria. We are seeking a Donor Experience Concierge for our Elyria location to engage with donors and ensure an excellent experience. In this role, you will represent the plasmaSource brand, confirm appointments, welcome donors, process paperwork, ensure a positive experience post-donation, schedule return appointments, and assist with administrative duties and marketing initiatives within the center.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Two years of related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Confirm appointments prior to the appointment date.
• Welcome donors into the center.
• Process donors in with any necessary paperwork.
• Ensure an excellent donor experience after donation.
• Actively schedule donors to return.
• Assist in various administrative duties within the center.
• Be the leader for any marketing initiatives within the center.
• Educate Donors and make a difference.
• Be the brand of plasmaSource and showcase your admin and customer service skills.
