About The Position
plasmaSource is opening new plasma centers in Canton, OH and Elyria, Ohio. We are seeking a Center Operations Technician to support the operations side of the center, assist with donor engagement, and help with blood collections and processing of blood products post-collection.
Requirements
- High School diploma required.
- Associate's degree in biology, medical technology, supply chain management, or related field; or equivalent education/experience required.
- Valid in state driver's license required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in blood banking, medical laboratory, or healthcare warehouse environment preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, AABB, cGMP) strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support the efficient workflow of the phlebotomy floor and blood product processing.
- Maintain inventory.
- Perform Equipment QC (lab) production area.
