About The Position

The Entry-Level Donor Engagement Representative engages community members in face-to-face conversations, educates them about nonprofit campaigns and charitable initiatives, answers questions, and encourages support through recurring donations. The role includes meeting daily and weekly outreach goals, working collaboratively with an energetic team, and participating in ongoing training and professional development. No previous experience is required; paid training and ongoing support are provided. The position offers hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses, flexible scheduling options, weekly pay, recognition programs, and opportunities for advancement into management.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

Reliable transportation is preferred.
Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or volunteer experience is a plus, but not required.
